We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore with industry-standard security rules to protect your data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store any card or banking details on our servers. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We share data with Razorpay solely for payment processing, governed by their own privacy policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our platform uses session-based authentication and Firebase analytics to understand how users interact with our services. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your trading activity and data are private and not shared with any external parties.

6. Your Rights

2. Service Description

Options Analyzer Pro provides NSE F&O market analytics including sector heat maps, institutional zone detection, ORB scanners, CPR levels, R-Factor rankings, and pattern recognition tools. The platform is for informational and analytical purposes only.

Options Analyzer Pro is an analytics and information tool ONLY. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are solely your own responsibility. Past performance of any indicator or scanner does not guarantee future results. Trading in F&O instruments involves significant risk of loss. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making trading decisions.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at ₹2,500 per month (or the price displayed at checkout). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods. Coupon codes, if applied, are non-transferable and subject to individual terms.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others. Each subscription is for a single user only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found sharing access or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, and branding of Options Analyzer Pro are the exclusive property of Options Analyzer Pro. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Options Analyzer Pro shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and all subscription benefits will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. By using our platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.

⚠ General Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to Options Analyzer Pro are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced and access to the platform has been granted. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Refunds on Active Subscriptions

We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once a subscription is activated and platform access is granted, no refund will be issued — regardless of how much of the subscription period has been used. This applies to all monthly plans.

2. Exceptions — Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment charged for the same subscription period.
• Payment was successfully deducted but access was not granted within 24 hours and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
• A technical error on our platform caused a charge without your authorization.

To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew at the end of each billing period. If you choose not to renew, your access will simply expire at the end of the current period. No cancellation action is needed, and no refund will be issued for the remaining days of any active period.

4. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions — including sharing account access, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform — no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

5. Coupon Codes & Discounts

Payments made using coupon codes or promotional discounts are non-refundable under all circumstances. Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to their individual terms of use.

6. Payment Gateway & Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. In the event of a payment failure where money is deducted but the subscription is not activated, the amount will typically be auto-reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank or Razorpay. If it is not reversed, please contact us with your transaction ID.

7. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request (for eligible cases only), please email us at mytradingsignals05@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your registered email address.
• Razorpay payment ID / transaction reference number.
• Date and amount of the transaction.
• Reason for the refund request.

We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
